At Soluna, we work to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.

Order Processing Time

Average processing time: up to 5 business days.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days from the ship date.
In exceptional cases (customs delays, seasonal peaks, weather), delivery may take up to 25 business days.

Please note: these are estimates based on typical transit times, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Where We Ship

We ship throughout the United States and the United Kingdom.
Orders are fulfilled through our international logistics partners, which affects total delivery time and how quickly tracking information becomes active.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
During select promotions, we offer free shipping on eligible products or bundles.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email where available.
For international shipments, it can take several hours or a few days before tracking events begin to appear.

Split Shipments

To speed up delivery, items from the same order may ship separately and arrive on different dates. You will not be charged extra for this.

Damaged Shipments

Please report any damage to the packaging or product within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and the shipping box. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.

Important Notes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Soluna is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or packages not picked up in time. Costs for reshipment may be charged to the customer.

Any applicable duties, taxes, or fees required by law are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
