30-Day Returns

Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and hygiene liner intact.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@soluna.com with your order number and reason for return — please wait for our instructions before shipping anything back. Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, report it within 48 hours with photos and we will send a free replacement — no return shipping needed.
