2. Scope

These Terms govern all purchases made through our online store and your use of this website.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Product listings are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer. Your order becomes a contract when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Prices, Discounts, and Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
• Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
• We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through secure payment providers.
• Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated. One code per order. Codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Processing: typically up to 5 business days.
Delivery: typically 10-15 business days after shipment.

Orders ship through our logistics partners. Split shipments are possible. Report transit damage within 48 hours with photos and your order number. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Product Warranty

We stand behind the products we sell. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from its description, contact us within 30 days and we will provide a free replacement or a refund, as described in our Returns & Refund Policy. Except as expressly stated, products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Returns Outside Our Standard Policy

Returns requested outside the 30-day window are accepted only at our discretion, as a courtesy. Gift cards are non-refundable.

8. Product Images and Tolerances

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Minor variations in color and measurement are normal in manufacturing and are not considered defects. Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen.

9. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate shipping and contact information and a valid payment method.
• Costs resulting from incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or reshipment may be charged to you.
• Use products as intended and follow any care instructions provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soluna is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs delays, labor actions, or government restrictions.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Soluna or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the protection afforded by any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident, including the United Kingdom.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a problem, contact us first at hello@soluna.com — most issues are resolved quickly and directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the courts of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights or venue requirements applicable under the law of your country of residence.

The version published on this website, with its "Last updated" date, is the version that applies. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
